Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CRX3D purchase. If you are not, please contact us within the timeframes below and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

1. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 5 business days of receiving your order, without penalty or reason. To qualify, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and documentation included
• Not damaged through your use or negligence

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the CPA. Please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the fault.

3. How to Return

1. Email returns@crx3d.co.za with your order number and reason for return
2. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 2 business days
3. Package the item securely using the original packaging where possible
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RAN email
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Cooling-off period returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied products: We will arrange and cover return shipping

5. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened resin or filament (for health, hygiene, and contamination reasons)
• Products damaged through customer negligence, misuse, or modification
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories
• Products with removed or damaged serial number stickers

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
